Legalization of Common Illicit Drugs to Curb Overdoses, Ending Foreign & Domestic Drug Cartels from Profiting off Americans, Protecting Users from botched Drugs, Allowing Users & Addicts to Purchase Select Illicit Drugs Over the Counter from Pharmacies and Head Shops. Legal 21 Age ID Verification to Limit Sales and Excessive Use.

The Common Drug Legalization Bill Enacted 10.18.2021 Will Legalize Drugs: Marijuana, Methamphetamines, MDMA, Ketamine, Cocaine , aPvP For Opioid and Cocaine Treatment Only. Up to 2 Times a year ( Found to Treat Opioid and Cocaine Addiction ) on a Federal Level. Putting a Permanent ban on all forms of Opioids, and PCP. Research has found that Legalizing these drugs will end the war on drugs. For Decades these drugs have been sold under the radar through foreign and Domestic drug cartels allowing them Profit off users / addicts while Killing Americans with laced forms. For many Decades the War on drugs has continued to fail our nation imprisoning and giving our youth / citizens damaging criminal records preventing them from getting jobs and housing. Foreign / Domestic cartels are profiting heavily and finding many ways to get it in our country. This is hurting our communities with dangerous criminals selling them on our street corners, In front of homes, Apartment complexes, ruining our communities by devaluing cities housing value and making them unsafe. To get these dealers off our street corners we are Making these Listed drugs Legal and Available Over the Counter with a Valid ID to monitor usage, while limiting the amount that ends up in users hands. This bill would Allow Pharmacies to Sell Nasal Spray forms of Cocaine, Nasal Spray Forms / Tablet forms of Ketamine , Liquid Dropper / Organic Leaf / Vapable forms of Marijuana, Tablet Forms of MDMA , and Physician Supervised Injectable form of aPvP ( 3 - 5 Day ) 2x Daily Dose to treat opioid addiction limited to 1 - 2 Sales a Year for Physicians / Client treatment purposes. Only for Opioid, and Cocaine Addiction ( Not for OTC purposes, Must Be Approved by a Physician, Dosage research must be conducted and approved by FDA ). The Purpose of this bill is a cut off all funding to all drug Cartels profiting off dangerous forms of these drugs on our streets. Proceeds from these sales will go towards informing and discouraging the uses of these drugs in our youth's schools and communities through Social Media, Tv Ad's, and awareness. Keeping users safe from overdoses of botch forms that may contain impure forms of these substances. This Bill is to combat dangerous cartels from entering our country illegally and profiting off the deaths of Americans selling laced, counterfeit, and mixed forms of these drugs. This Bill will be allowing the sales of these substance forms listed above. A 25% State Sales Tax + 15% Federal Tax Must Be Applied and Added to any sales at any Pharmacy throughout the U.S.A and the Entire American Continent. Limited sales to Head Shops will be allowed sales of Dropper / Leaf forms of Marijuana with compliance of ID Database for all sales. Legal Age of 21 with a Valid ID Would be allowed to purchase these substances with a Weekly Purchase limit of 2 Sales a Week ( Up to a 2 Week Supply ). All Sales Must be recorded and Kept in a sales Database monitored by the States DEA to prevent excessive purchases and Abuse. The use of these drugs cannot be used in Public Areas with the exception of Vapeable Marijuana. Allowed Places of Use: Any Indoor Venue that permits it, and Home Use. Driving under the Influence is not permitted and any persons caught will face 1st offense $100 Dollar fine, repeat offenders revocation of Driver's license on the 2nd Offense. Any persons caught with any of these substances must present a valid receipt/Card Max 2 Weeks Purchase date, or a citation will be issued for a court appearance requiring a judge to supervise 50-200 Community Service Hours cleaning up trash off streets or beaches. A $175 dollar fine will be included to offenders, due 3 Months after completion of service hours. Any Persons caught selling these substances will receive a citation to appear in court where a Judge will require the person caught to complete 6 Months Inpatient or Outpatient Rehab for violation (In/Out will be determined by the judge in charge of the case). Any persons caught selling any form of Opioids ( Heroin, Opioid Pills, Liquid Forms, Morphine, Pre-Filled Needles ) will receive a life sentence in a Labor Camp / Prison. Any persons caught selling any forms of opioids that is a user and test positive for opioids will be Automatically sentenced to 6-12 Months in a Inpatient rehab followed by 1 year of state Supervision. A user under a judges discretion can allow 3 Chances, If a user repeats the offense selling any form of opioids to due to addiction of their opioid their habit. Users caught on a 4th offense would be sentenced to life in Prison / Labor Camp.
