           Police Reform To Ensure Public Trust in our Law Enforcement 

A Police Reform Bill Has Been Approved by our Administration 10.18.2021 to Rename all Police Dept's to Human Resources office Department of (State/City ) , Officers will be renamed Human Resource Officers (HRo's), this is to protect our officers from losing their lives while conducting their jobs. Due to Americans fearing law enforcement we are preventing the killings of officers by accident due to Public fear. All Non Violent, Car Accidents, Speeding tickets, Mental Health, and Vandalism calls must be handled by Human Resource Aides First. Any Crimes where a weapon has been used, person has been shot, occurring burglary, serious crime, and any violent call must be handled by (2) Human Resource Officers. HR Officers must remain calm, be a friend, using calm and polite words to find out why they are committing these acts of crime, then make an arrest when tensions are calm enough. HR Officers must call for backup before engaging in a Violent person. Officers must immediately call for back up to make an arrest (3 Officers or more needed). If needed a Therapist must be called out to aid with any violent/drug mental break down while a suspect is in handcuff. Use of a weapon should be a last resort unless a gun is directly pulled out and aimed at any HR officer. A Body Cam must be filming before any officer leaves patrol Vehicle. HR officers must remain quiet if public engages in yelling. This Bill will gain public trust in our communities law enforcement by preventing civilian Leo Ambush. All HRo's must be voted in by the community via City Hall Vote by city residents to Accept HR officers into departments. Voted in before being badged or sworn in. It is important that officers engage in friendly public appearances by getting to know everyone. When passing any person a officer must say Good Morning or Good afternoon in the communities they patrol / off duty in uniform. Officers Must use their turn signal or face 1 Week suspension without pay. Officers must not engage in aggressive driving when not in pursuit. HR Officers must not use any form of steroids and must keep a positive public approval to remain on the job. Officers Must be Born in the U.S.A to be hired, no exemptions.
