The Importance of Maintaining Properties Commercial and Residential is Vital to Keeping American Communities Great
The Purpose of this Bill is to hold Property owners accountable for not keeping the exterior of their properties well maintained. Well Maintained defines not having cracking paint, cracking structures, graffiti on buildings, Uncut grass over 4 Inches surrounding properties. It is the cities job to enforce these existing rules, many property owners ignore these notices and keep their properties in bad shape while being renting it to tenants. It is important that we keep our communities looking Great by keeping all Communities looking Good in all Areas no matter the community tax wealth. Maintaining trash surrounding Properties, all areas located throughout their Property is Included. This Bill would require that any properties with chipping / fading paint, poorly maintained driveways, Cracking of anything, parking lots, roadways damaged with potholes will be issued a citation of $500.00 USD and the forfeiture of their Property. A Deed/Title will be transferred to the State Until Correction are completed A fee will be applied in the amount of $200.00 to transfer it back to owner. If a citation is issued the owner would lose their rights to their Properties Until required repairs are finished and pass inspection. This bill also requires that Commercial Properties; Apartments, Rented Homes, Retail Locations and others considered commercial property Keep records of Maintenance of Air Conditioners, Plumbing, tenant repair request and documents showing the repairs were completed. Proper Maintenance of Commercial Properties, Including Private Residential Homes in all areas throughout the United State of America is important to keeping our Communities Beautiful and safe. We must keep our Streets looking clean, and give a safe feeling to our residents, Visitors, and our youth living in those community areas. Removing Security Bars off Windows is required and must be cashed in at a metal scrap yard for cash. The Importance of not having trash throughout our cities street reflects the management teams of our City leaders and any city manager that allows this to continue will be fired and replaced. All foreign Property buyers must wait 3 years before being able to purchase properties of any kind if they have recently moved to the United State of America. Foreign property buyers that have waited the 3 year time period would need to enroll in a property management course with the city to learn the rules of what is expected and how to maintain their Properties properly. Once course are completed they would be allowed to purchase any home, or commercial property. If a foreign buyer chooses to use a U.S Born Citizen to make any purchase for them, the U.S Born Buyer of the property would also have to take these courses and are welcome to jumpstart the learning process for the foreign buyer by inviting them to take the courses with them. This would include 1 name only ( U.S Born Citizen ) on the certificate once courses are completed. Foreign buyers with 3 years residing in the United States of America will be added to the certificate. This Bill Has been Approved 10/21/2021 and signed into law. Effective 12.11.2021
