The Focus on this Bill is to make America so strong that if another epidemic happened, our country could wipe the issue out faster without causing public distrust.

Starting off, The importance of education. Education is vital to our children's learning and making sure that they have the ability to learn is important. A on Job Training class will be offered to students in 12th grade giving them half a school schedule to take part in getting employment skills at a real job. 

Keeping our roads looking good and drivable is important to reducing loss of lives on the road, and making sure that roads do not confuse drivers. Proper lighting on all our streets enhances roads and our neighborhoods.

Public Restrooms is critical to keeping our sidewalks, public areas clean of urine, and feces. A Public Restroom system must be installed every 1.5 Miles to ensure that communities do not have issues with feces and urines issues in public areas.

Keeping Americans well feed, regardless of income status All Americans will be qualified to receive $100-$300 dollars in food EBT per person to help reduce the cost of living for those that maybe in school, or have a job that takes a lot of time out of their day; whatever it maybe everyone qualifies. A food EBT card will be issued to all Americans regardless of income status once requested. ( Anyone Caught Cashing in Cards will face 5 years in Federal Prison )

The Right to Fair Housing, Renters of homes, condos, apartments , and etc located in all areas will qualify for a tax break in the amount of $1000 to help relieve homeowners of the stresses of tenant repairs. Regardless of the value of the home each tenant occupying homeowner would qualify regardless of home value. The properties must have a valid lease submitted to the States tax collectors offices. 

People with Disabilities would have a chance at doing more in life by helping Parks, and helping other with disabilities that they may not have it severely as the other. This would be a social program to help educate and bring down mental health suicide, bringing together community centers driven by community members that enrich the lives of people with any disability.

Helping the Homeless find help, a mandatory housing grant must be issued in the amount of $25K to help homeless citizens so they have the Ability to finding housing , be able to purchase a car, or learn how to drive one. Encourage them to takes job courses to learn news fields to work in, a dental grant of $5K is included for anyone persons missing teeth.

Ratio Racial Equality is Vital to keeping our neighborhoods racially diverse, and welcoming. All cities must have a racial balance by not having only one ethnic group running the entire city. This helps by encouraging people of all colors to feel comfortable that someone is there for them without racial disparity, and a comfort zone to know they have someone else to express their concerns to.   

Maintaining our National Security is important to keeping our country strong and safe. It is important that any illegal entry in our country in any amount is an act of War, securing these areas is essential to preventing foreign invasion and avoiding American Casualties by securing those affected areas with the most advanced deterrence systems. 

The Importance of a strong public transportation system is vital to keeping our country going, Investments in an Interstate high speed transportation system should be sought out. This is to find better ways of linking our states and our islands together.

Childcare is Important for parents. Parents will now be able to send children to high-quality preschool in the setting of their choice – from public schools to child care providers to Jump Start Learning. The program will lead to lifelong educational and economic benefits for children and parents, and is a transformational investment for America’s future economic competitiveness.

Senior and Disability Care is important for all. If someone is preparing for retirement, everyone will have the benefits needed to cover those cost expanding Medicaid to cover them. We will permanently improve Medicaid coverage for home care services for seniors and people with disabilities, making the most transformative investment in access to home care in over 4 decades, when these services were first authorized for Medicaid. 

Simplifying our Tax Collection System is something that is a must. New ways of payments are giving Americans and others easier access to technology and cryptocurrency. These are awesome for our future, we must also simplify dark areas that go unregulated to black market vendors. Focusing on these areas we can reach everyone and keep our country running well.  

The Cost of these Programs Total $4.96 Trillion Dollars, there is no current need to borrow this amount. Our economy and our global efforts will cover these cost. Corporate Taxes must remain 25%, Income Tax for all will be at a rate of 22%. A persons income will not increase this rate. Taxation from Common Drug Legalization Bill 15% Tax will cover these programs, drive down crime, and finance programs that actual help all Americans.

The Work Hostel Program is essential for helping Americans that may or may not be homeless, get back into the workforce. This program helps create housing for Americans that may want or, need them to live. If they are in need of housing after moving to a new state in search for a better life, this is going to help every American. These work programs will provide income and the ability to a path of owning a home or renting one, while leasing a room at an exchange rate minus - work hours max Amount per day $25.
