 Changes the Standard Levels of Alcohol Legal Limit

Today December 30, 2021 We are Making New Changes to DUI BAL, Field Test/ Amending the current existing policy to manage body tolerance.

The Legal Alcohol Levels for any person 21 - 29 Years of ages shall be to set at .12 BAC

Any Person over the Age of 30 must comply to a BAC Level of Under .24


Anyone over these Levels are considered Under the Influence of Alcohol and must take a 6 Month Alcohol course with 3 Months of ALC Car Monitor Enrollment Via County Circuit Court


This was reviewed and Approved by Administration Representatives on December 30, 2021 . Reviewed by congress.
