Medical Freedom Patient Protection Act : Protecting Americans & Jobs from Unconstitutional Medical Mandates 


The Medical Freedom Patient Protection Act protects Americans from unconstitutional medical mandates that may put American Jobs at risk.

This Act will limit the amount of power the federal government , and  local governments from mandating / enforcing medical procedures that interfere with the constitutional rights of Americans. 

No government of any form can create any mandates requiring any person to take anything, wear anything, force of use of anything; Regardless of medical recommendations. 

It is the sole discretion of an individual to decide what they want to do in the event that a medical recommendation is recommended to the public. 

No Private business will be allowed to force mandates on any private citizen. No cohesion will be allowed to encourage any person to change their minds of a medical procedure they were not interested in doing.

Any government official that violates these rules will be risk being terminated from official position. $25,500 Fine Paid to the State Treasury Trust for Medical Research.
