School Bully Removal Act : Keeping our Schools safe is important for a successful future

School Bully Removal Act is a piece of legislation designed to keep our schools safe from all crimes including gun violence. This Act will remove any student from any K-12 School. A student that poses behavioral risk more than three times must be placed in a behavioral program to avoid lapses in education. If a student continues to show behavioral issues in a 1 year period, that student must be expelled and home schooled. Students that pose risk of violent behaviors must be dealt with on a parental level, ensuring that the child involved receives proper therapy treatment for angry issues. Checking households records for any registered firearms is the first step to stopping gun violence in our schools. Teaching parents the right way to store weapons including firearms is a must. Keeping children safe by keeping weapons out of reach of minors by enforcing proper child gun storage provisions. Children 12 years or older that have a household with a registered gun must be educated on gun safety. $1.7 Billion dollars has been requested by CIPOTUSOA to the U.S Treasury for the Installation of Classroom cameras. This has been approved by our Administration 12.02.2021. This will help monitor classrooms that do not have cameras in place and keep classrooms safe.
