Propose: Measures to Improve Consumer Car Insurance Rates to make them affordable for every level driver.

This Legislation called the Consumer Car Insurance Rate Protection Act Protects drivers with subpar driving records with the ability to have rates that they can afford. This is to Keep all cars on the road covered with affordable coverage and to avoid coverage lapses. Congress must insure that all Americans are covered, and avoid lapses. The more people need to be covered to lower the rates , we need to make sure that rates stay between $100-$150 Max Per Person Ages 15-25 Years of age. 25 and Older $85.00-$155.00. Motorist that are not covered pose great risk to themselves when not covered. It is important to make sure that everyone is covered and not penalized for not having any and given a chance to have rates that they can actually afford paying.
