A Review of geo resources to start rebuilding of damaged buildings, Build New ones, Modernize Road Systems, Transit. Develop American Currency system in the State of Kazakhstan,, the Ability for Russia to hold Accounts in Kazakhstan U.S Currency Systems. The Distribution of $3,000 USD for 3 Months Per Person of the State of Kazakhstan U>S ages 17+. Provide English Language Learning. Insure schools are in good condition, enforce 10% Statewide tax to pay for upcoming development projects. Percentage on property, and goods to be calculated once nation is Stable. Provide basic free medical, Std screenings, Reproductive organ screening + Semen Sample for file. HIV Screenings, courses on hygiene and fashion. Build Law Enforcement Agency for public safety, Officers must be referred to as HR officers; Human Resource officers. Enforce English language by 2035 for all activities. A Minimum of 45,000 U.S National Guards must be present at all times until years 9999 are completed. We must ensure the people of Kazakhstan have a functional Government, investment in new forms of energy creation without pollutant waste like nuclear energy and freedom in a safe society. Withdraw from Declaration of Entry 1.9.2022 Existing Government is functionable, Declaration of entry has been deemed Unnecessary. Any Servicemen already deployed can stay for 1 year, or return home.
