Yard Maintenance Month of May : The Month of May is Yard Maintenance Month 


In order to keep communities alive and looking at their best every year on May 1st a city must pick 25 of the best Yards in different parts of their cities. Cities must reward the winners with a Yard of the Year Award. We must continue to encourage land owners to keeps their cities looking good, rewarding landowners makes them go the extra mile. Landowners will also be able to get a $150.00 Rebate off their Property taxes. It important to reward the yard for Street lighting, Grass under 3 Inches, Trees Trimmed, Grass Color, and Accessibility to the road.
