Graffiti Areas ACT - Requiring Cities that Permit Graffiti to Post Signs that Designate that Area for Art/Graphic Purposes
In order to Keep our cities looking great and safe we are requiring cities around our Counties that allow graffiti to post a sign designating that area for Graffiti Art Purposes. $1,500 Fine plus 30 days Weekend Trash Collection. We do not want Americans not feeling safe when they walk the streets at night. In order to make this work every 30 days the Graffiti designated areas must be painted over In White, this is to allow everyone to get a chance at expressing their talent for art. Any Areas Designated must have brighter Roads, and sidewalk lights; with a dimmer motion detection system. It is the States duty to enact these policies statewide, this encourages safety, and safe sidewalks. A 10 foot sign must be displayed, clearly stating that the Area or the Block has been Designated for Art Purposes regardless of the areas zone. Industrial or Commercial only Zoned.
