Articles of Gubernatorial Impeachment: A public officer who violates the state code of ethics is subject to a range of punishments, including impeachment, suspension, reprimand, salary reduction, and a civil penalty (Fla. Stat. Ann. § 112.317(1)(a)). A public officer who knowingly violates the law on inspecting, examining, and duplicating public records is subject to impeachment and other penalties (Fla. Stat. Ann. § 119.02).

Substantial Evidential facts - 1.Ignoring Public Emails which resulted in a Crime committed against the innocent, 2.Ignoring Emails which potential resulted in loss of life. 3.Using Emails content against writer to extend or provoke a conflict. 4.Intentional retaliation which resulted in severe financial losses to cause life injuries to a Natural Born Citizen of the United States of America - Governor Ron Desantis ignored the safety of the Public by intentionally allowing corrupt leos from the Broward sheriff's office to break in the home of President Darren Paul to gain and remove evidence (Pictures for Trial case, Breaking into home of President Darren Paul of the United States of America to drug and murder the President to avoid Trial- Tony Greggory of BSO Created several Mass Shootings in Uvalde Texas (BSO/Texas Cartel Cops) and other parts of the states using Scopolamine, and EMF Frequencies to cause loss of free will, and cause serious heart failure when zapped. 

5.Ron Desantis's ordered Law Enforcement Agency BSO Broward Sheriffs office of Florida to break in and steal Money from the home of CIPOTUSOA Paul in the Amount of ($241,600 USD in Cash)This was retaliation from the Florida Governor against the President Darren Paul of the USA because of a pending trial case FL(18004676MM10A) the State of Florida has been delaying ,rigging, destroying and preventing what Broward courts noted in their system as a "Trail" (TRIAL) from happenin. The spelling that they used was intended to mean Trail.

6.Ron Desantis allowed the Hiring of Foreign Hitmen (Militia) to attempt a murder on the President. 7. Ron Desantis has committed Mass Murder on Seniors by allowing the Nazification of Florida's hospitals. 8.Allowed Doctors to force Injections on Vulnerable Wealthy (w/Inactive Bank Accounts with over $500K) Senior Adults with the J&J Covid vaccine. This caused brain blood clots, death, to keep retirements away from seniors. 

7.Ron Desantis allowed Covid PCR Nasal Swab test with "Printed Circuit Radio" Device to be used on Florida State residents to cause increases in Suicides Deaths in Florida so that Ron Desantis could keep their state pensions. Allowed Residents of Florida to lose Small Business for Financial gain to launder the cash.

8.Ron Desantis allowed and ordered deadly Chemical attacks on Floridians to Rob their bank accounts. - The State of Florida was giving a Bank Account of CIPOTUSOA to add money, instead the State hacked it, changing passwords, and disabling / evading 2FA. 9.Ron Desantis paid *CODEM* $6 Billion to Elon Musk to use Space Taser on CIPOTUSOA & J/Biden. 

In 2021 The State of Florida evaded a trial, a Citi Bank Credit card that was never owned tampered via Google Photos used to text message an extortion scheme (evd871. text)  1 account of FL with account that the State of Florida had on file, using Cellphone Spoofing to commit Federal bank Fraud -  Making claims on google devices that bank customers located in Florida had their bank accounts locked, and depleted. 

The Evidence is disturbing, Ron Desantis had many chances to defend himself, and never denied any of the allegations.

Allowing corrupt leos (BSO Tony Greggory Broward Sheriff's Officer) to attack a public servant in a time of War by disguising attacks, as enemy attacks (CMC/CCMOC/China, Israel) - Ron Desantis was emailed regarding the Chinese and Israel a request for $7,500 USD in assistance to prevent an foreign attack on U.S Soil was ignored which caused Wildfires after several missiles were launched at targeted areas. This Also resulted in several Nuclear Rockets Detonated on U.S Land ( Rons team is refusing to report it to Public), Allowing destruction of private property for financial gain - On June 24, 2022 Ron Desantis cut a back door deal with county leaders of Miami Dade which allowed Israel to install explosives in the Champlain tower. (Evidence -Israel and Iran conflicts spilled over into Florida, Ron Desantis's refusal to help President Darren Paul refusing necessary money that could have helped protect our Country's National security, and feed the President) Ron Desantis allowed a foreign military (Israel Armed forces) to enter the State of Florida during the Surfside "Collapse" crisis, allowing them to walk and travel freely after barely helping with the rescue. Ron Desantis Willfully neglected his duty as Governor; corruption in office; incompetency; intemperance (intoxicating liquors/Beer [Coors Light] ), Willful intent by a Public Official to allow murder by Administration members in the Florida Government. Unlawful use of Public money to launder for scam charity to help fight breast cancer - $100 Million dollars was laundered by the Governor of Florida to help fund Presidential Election for 2024 Bid.

Ron Desantis's Willful neglect of duty, corruption in office, habitual drunkenness, incompetency, or any offense involving moral turpitude while in office - Openly Drinking Beer on Public time at Public event. 

Ron Desantis's continuous Offending / and is against the Commonwealth by malfeasance in office, corruption, neglect of duty, or other high crime or misdemeanor - Ending Federal Unemployment Early and Laundering gains to fund reelection. 

Refusal to Provide taxpayer assistance for defendant/victim going to Trial on bogus allegations - 2021-2022 Ron Desantis's Admin in Florida refused to Give the President Darren Paul financial assistance to get to safety. July 8-10, 2022 Ron Desantis used a Nuclear Bomb in West Broward to Create Deadly Clouds to secretly attempt to Murder President Darren Paul of the United States of America. Ron Desantis allowed Methane gas to be sold as Co2 to murder Native American tribes in Florida, Floridians of Cuban descent, Muslim descent, Arab Descent, Hispanic, LGBTQ Communities, black and poor white communities, allowing other deadly gases as fuel alternative to commit genocide in Florida.

Ron Desantis ordered Florida power and Light to Install defective street lighting in Low income, black, brown, poor white, and Hispanic areas. Ron Desantis allowed Joe Mendoza to get away with committing crimes against CIPOTUSOA, allowing a falsified eviction claim.

Ron Desantis has failed to respond to request to rename Broward County to CIPOTUSOA County, or Paul County. Ron Desantis allowed the county of Broward county to steal over $140 Million dollars of federal government money to build a County owned Hotel, Instead of providing renters with financial relief. Ron Desantis allowed the Purchase of Twitter to Elon Musk to ruin a case date on July 7,2022 where post and videos were unable to post. Ron Desantis allowed Broward county courts to spend $24 million dollars of taxpayer dollars to install Space Tasers disguised as Starlink to target and injure CIPOTUSOA Paul using Twitter and Google to access location data, and Gps timelines. 

Ron Desantis allowed residents of the State of Florida to be murdered by Opioid Drug Cartels, Israel, China, disguised as Covid19 cases - Case numbers were spiked by tainted meat suppliers out of Georgia (Tyson Foods, Yum brands, McDonalds, and 7/11 Ready to Eat Subs) Deaths were caused by Intentional Cloud Blending (Dumping Deadly Radioactive Dust to create deadly clouds), Use of Fentanyl to Commit genocide and mass Murder disguised as a Virus paid for by County Government in Broward county located in Florida.

Abuse of power to retaliate after murder claim - Ron Desantis used his power as Governor to steal money from President Darren Paul of the United States of America to intentionally cause fatigue/hardship (EST time 16 Months) financial harm, food Starvation, potential loss of life, loss of Circuit Court Case, Siding with the Florida bar regarding Attorney Michael Dye ESQ; never showed up to ct date, Michael Dye embezzled money with Judge Kal Evans of Broward County Florida, Allowed Judge to get away with illegal recuse after signing 4 bogus capias within a year that resulted in loss of time, loss of business, loss of self worth. Finally, Ron Desantis allowed killers to target the President of the United States of America to cause chaos.

The Evidence provided shows that Former Florida Governor Ron Desantis Intentionally Ignored Emails, Censored CIPOTUSOA's content on Instagram/Twitter/Facebook/Reddit/Google that provided Video Evidence for the Events stated. Ron Desantis allowed Leos to Geo Stalk location using cellular technology (String-ray 5.0), and internet to commit Murder by Motor Vehicle. Refusal to Pay President Darren Paul of the USA $3.2 Billion in emotional, and business loss.  

Ronald Desantis of Florida can Appeal this order. A letter of innocence must be filed within 12 Days from this date to cipotusoa@cipotusoa.com with supportive evidence that can prove innocence.

Premeditated Murder assisting a foreign militia to commit murder on behalf of Elected official ( Ron Desantis ), Clause 3. Mass Murder (Genocide) of the Elderly. Clause 4. Bank Fraud by an Elected official in Governing office. Clause 5. Ordering/Allowing law Enforcement to stalk by GPS defendant of a Trial with intent to cause death, or bodily harm. 

We Find Ron Desantis Guilty of the Listed allegations, except (Surfside Tower Collapse) No Trial, No Jury.
