Felony & Misdemeanor Removal Act: Removal of All Non Violent Felonies with 5 Years or more; removes any Felony  / Misdemeanor records that may interfere with Employment / Housing Opportunities.


Purpose: To Remove Any Non Violent Felonies and Misdemeanors that may interfere with Employment / Housing with 5 Years or more Law Abiding.


Today on this Day August 17 of the Year Two Thousand Twenty-Two new legislation has been passed that will seal any Law Abide-rs Record after 5 years or more from public records viewable by landlords, or employers. Sealing Public records from Public View and only viewable by the courts. The Courts may not release any records to any websites, or any services that provide criminal records searches. Proof of rehab must be on file with the courts, or attempt. 


This law will remove any felony or misdemeanor records that was Non Violent or Non Sexual. 


A Plea deal must have been taken, or proof that a deal was agreed upon without Will; of that person. Even if that person violated the terms or conditions of their plea deal, if the plea was Guilty, Non Contend/ere,or Not Guilty.
