Ending Homelessness Act: Ending Homelessness Providing a better option so no one ever has to sleep on the streets
Purpose: To Create Community Public Buildings with up to 50 - 100 (count) 7x7 Cube rooms in every city per 10 miles of cities total miles. Buildings include shared showers (40) Stalls, 40 shared restrooms, shared kitchen area, shared lounge area, outdoor area with recreational activities. Cube rooms must provide soap, toothpaste and any basic hygiene products needed at no charge for basic cube rooms.
Basic rooms include a bed, storage (3) cubicles, and a key access door.
Cities may charge for upgraded rooms that are separate from the basic. Cities my charge for premium hygiene products, food, any extras such as rooms that haves TV's , towels, body care products , Cable, but may not charge for wifi internet.
Cities can accept tips for areas that include restroom, showers, kitchen, and rec area. staff can accept tips but may not ask for them.
