Clean Music Act HR-1266 - Keeping Lyrics for All Music Online Clean from Drugs (Opioids), Gang Activity Scenes, and Lyrics that Contain Racist Language
Purpose: The Purpose of this Article of legislation is to maintain a General Standard and Guidance for Music posted Online. Sites like YouTube, Sound Cloud, and other sites that are in the same category.
The Sole Purpose of this bill is to eliminate Language promoting drugs like opioids ( Heroin, Mud, Smack, Morphine, Fentanyl, Lean, Percs, Oxys, and any form of opioid ).
This Article of Legislation is not to meant to interfere with freedoms of speech rights, or Any Rights Involving Freedom of Speech.
This Legislation is calling for everyone; Producers, Musicians, Artist, anyone that produces any form of Sound or Visuals.
Guidelines: Any Artist has the Freedom of producing the same content as they did in the past.
These Guidelines must be followed to ensure our futures Children do not become addicted to opioids which has an 7% recovery rate. Most people that try opioids of any form find it impossible to kick the habit that always only gets worse until they die.
They are many that have been to rehab over 20+ Times and thought they were clean after a few months, and even weeks relapsed.
Many to all have overdosed and died due to this, including Governors, Politicians, and our fellow People. Some do recover with Unconventional Treatments, Clinical Trials ( When Available ), Finding the Creator, taking risk with stuff on the streets to wean themselves off, and taking risk.
Only 1% Stay off when they quit, and when they do they usually stay off. The cases that are the 1% knew beforehand the how bad opioids were but were giving it in forms that were to help injuries, broken bones, surgery, and injure most related cases. They just did not know at the time it was an opioid, it took them on a ride through Bad and Evil. Knowing what they were taught in school to stay away from that stuff helped them in the end. They were never into that stuff. They maintained that level of thinking seeking the help to get off before it took them.
Main Guideline: Producing Content with 2 Versions ( Clean and Uncensored )
A Clean Version must be provided for a General Audience (K-12) and should be the first Published before the Explicit.
An Explicit Version is allowed, the content creator must do its best to ensure that the explicit content is blocked from Child / Children Access and Young Adults. It must not come up first before the Clean version.
It Must also require a Day of Birth Verification. Verified by Childs Parent and Valid ID
Guideline 1: Mute All Lyrics Containing Drugs.
Guideline 2: Mute Any Lyrics Containing Violence ( First Person LANGUAGE; Including Shooting someone, revenge against anyone that could lead too causing pain, death, or any form of hurting. ( It must be muted ).
Guideline 3: Blurring Out All Drug use, blurring out all Drugs, blurring out all Liquors, Containers of all forms depicting Alcohol use (or Coors Beers), blurring out all Alcohol including beers eg. Coors Beer (Only Beer with an Exception displaying its disposal, etc.)
The only exception to this guideline is if a video is showing Coors beer being poured into a toilet, a sink, or being thrown away.
The Coor Beer is the only exception of no blurring. It would be required in that action to allow unblurring.
Blurring any Smoking of Any Kind, blurring out any use of Black & Mild; blurring out everything including the tip of the black and mild whether it be wood tipped or plastic tipped. Usage of Black and Milds, Gang Signs, Acts of Violence in Music Videos Must Be Blurred.
Guideline 4: Muting All Racist Language regardless of if they are considered street language. Muting All Adult Language such as profanity, curse words, spells, Harmful Language, any language that is pertaining to the degrading of any race, ethnic background, skin color and etc.
Guideline 5: Muting Any Lyrics that call Jewish people Jews or a Jew. Use of that term is considered (Hate Speech) racists language even if the person is Jewish. Use of the word Jew/ Jews is not permitted to use. The term Shawatza ( Nig** in Hewbrew ) must be muted in all online content. The Permitted term that does not require muting is Jewish. That term is allowed and does not require any muting.
Use Penalty ( Jewish Followers ) is a Mandatory Sentence of 15+ Years Probation, repeat offenders 1 Day in Custody followed by a 1 Cent Fine, If the creator of the content is Jewish. Non Jewish Content Creators 1 YEAR OF PROBATION, repeat offenders 15 Days In Custody, in class learning environment on community ethics. Followed by a $15 Dollar Fine.
Guideline Exceptions: For the Use of Historical Teaching Purposes that teaches History of any sort; No Blurring or Muting is required. The Content Must Display for Historical Purposes to Teach History on ( Topic of History Name ), A Narrator must be present in the content as voiceover, or Teaching the Contents History.
Prevention is Key: Promoting Good Content is Always the best thing.
Encouraging people that may follow a contents creation should see a positive view on everything including life. Giving hope to others about life and showing that things can be okay.
Everyone has the right to post whatever they want online, and everyone still has that right.
The Internet is used by everyone, Children, Pre-Teens, Teens, Young Adults, and Adults.
Most of the heavy use comes from Younger Adults, and children.
Exposing a child to harmful content can ruin a child's future, and it can diminish a Childs view about themself. It can shift their way of thinking to that content that is found to be Explicit.
A child is still developing, everything that they listen too, anything they view online can alter them.
The way they see the World is what they see online. Removing unnecessary exposure of crime activity, hate, racism, and drugs like opioids (disguised as a purple drink, percs, oxys, etc.) can trick a child into thinking that it is safe.
The content fails to show the bad side effects of that purple drink aka lean. It only takes that to enable a young mind and trick them into a life of HELL.
A life that can lead to shooting heroin, committing crime, committing robbery, committing rape, committing bad acts toward their fellow people. This leads to using harder opioids that lead to overdose and death. This can lead to Government Attacks, Government Employee Deaths, Government Robbery, Government Murder, This can lead to the Governments Robbing themselves. That is not a world that a child should see.
The World is a Wonderful Place, They must always see the greener grass, they should only aspire to the greener grass. This piece of legislation will help our future, our Childrens future, our Countries Future live that greener grass life, and continue to extend that for futures to come.
Penalty: These guidelines are easy to follow, and anyone that chooses not to abide by them will lose their contents rights, monetary rights, income proceeds from content created, 5 Strike warning.
Post 5 Strike Warning includes, In Custody Ethics Learning through in custody classrooms. Child Mind Endangerment Charges, fines up to $20,000+ . 1st Degree Felony Child Mind Rape Charge Punishable to 30 Days In Custody, 5 Years of ID / Drivers Licenses with Child Endangerment Warning, 2nd Degree Misdemeanor Gang Recruitment of a Young Adult through Visual and Music. Punishable to 1 Year Probation, repeat offenders 2 Years probation. Repeat offenders with disregard for the Law 15 days in Custody.

In the Uncensored Version the Content is left in its Original Form and is not Viewable to Children, Young Adults, and Any General Audience.
The Content Creator is Allowed to use our Clean Version as the rules have not been Applied yet, and do not take effect Until November 7, 2023.
