State Leaders and Local Leaders are required to have / obtain the Official USA National American Continental Stamp or positions are invalid. If one was not received during first term than one must be obtained.
The Official Stamp is as below.
The USA National America Continental Stamp Act Tax Must Also be enforced and applied to all purchases of all forms of Nicotine ( Disposable Vapes ) , New & Used Vessel Purchases ( Cars, SUVs, Trucks, Pick Up Trucks, Semi Trucks, Boats, Yachts, Boats, Any Motor Vehicle , Any Electric Containing Motor Purchases, Air Planes, Jets Air Planes, Sonic Powered Air Vessel, Motor Carriages, Electric Bicycles , Bicycles, Unicycles , Vessels with Any Count of Wheels )
A Tax in the Amount of 2% Two Percent must be applied to listed purchases of all forms of Nicotine ( Disposable Vapes ) , New & Used Vessel Purchases ( Cars, SUVs, Trucks, Pick Up Trucks, Semi Trucks, Boats, Yachts, Boats, Any Motor Vehicle , Any Electric Containing Motor Purchases, Air Planes, Jets Air Planes, Sonic Powered Air Vessel, Motor Carriages, Electric Bicycles , Bicycles, Unicycles , Vessels with Any Count of Wheels ) and to be paid to the U.S Treasury that of which shall make payments to the Federal / Citizen Installed President of the United States of America / World every quarter (Every 3 months) of the year in the amount of $300,000 USD equal to $1,200,000 Annually.
The U.S Treasury shall also make payment to all State Govenor's of the United States of American / World every quarter of the Year in the amount of $25,000 equal to $300,000 USD Annually. The U.S Treasury shall also make quarterly (Every 3 months annual payments to all State Lieutenant Govenor's of the United State of America / World in the Amount of $10,000 equal to $120,000 USD Annually.
All remaining Tax revenue of the USA National Continental Stamp Act shall be used in the following order 25% twenty-five percent shall remain in reserve and left untouched for 2 years before any uses to improve infrastructure of the United States of America / World.
The Remaining 75% Seventy-five percent of left over tax revenue from the USA National America Continental Stamp Act Tax shall be used in the following order 25% twenty-five percent Shall be used to invest in Road Improvements, Repairing or Demolishing of decaying Structures throughout our Nation / World. Improvements or Demolition of Decaying Homes Abandoned or not. Investments Road and Sign Technology, Damn Road repairs or Improvements. Investments in New Community Development and Homeless Prevention.
The Remaining 50% Fifty Percent of remaining Tax revenue 25% Twenty-five percent shall be used for Teacher Salaries to Teach American Laws to youth K-12 , State Laws in schools K-12, and investments in Public Utility Training Programs for 8th grade to 12th grade Students. City Council Training Programs, Mayoral Training Programs, City Leadership Training Programs , and Public works Training Programs.
The remaining 25% of the remaining tax revenue shall be used for Addiction Treatment Programs for Gambling Addiction, Drug Use Addiction, Alcohol Addiction or Any Trending Addiction that may be trending. Addiction Treatment for Native American Tribes, Community Wellness programs, Community fitness centers, Community Leisure Programs, Community Leisure Development Programs, Community Recreational Programs, Youth Hang Out Programs, Youth Occupational Training Programs, Youth at risk Programs, Community Events, Community Party Events, Community Engagement Programs, Development of City Music Radio Station ( 7 Separate City Wide Radio Stations that play 80/90's Rock n Roll, Country Music, Electronic Dance Music, Classical Music, Jazz Music, Pop Music, and Alternative Indie Music - Dark Wave/ Post Punk/ Alt Indie ) to keep all communities equal.
The USA National America Continental Stamp Act of 2023 ensures that all Governors and all leaders serve the United States of the America/World and no other Nation / Alien Entities behind closed doors.
Failure to enforce and comply with the USA National America Continental Stamp Act of 2023 will result in 30 Lashes, Marshall Law for Areas Affected: State, City or County.
Failure to comply with enforcing the USA National America Continental Stamp Act of 2023 Tax will result to expulsion of position.
Failure to stay in compliance with the USA National America Continental Stamp Act of 2023 will result to a U.S Continental Military take over and loss of any powers to Govenor or be a leader too.
Failure to create and maintain any of the programs listed in the USA National America Continental Stamp Act of 2023 will result in a 1-one time warning to correct and failure to heed warning will lead to removal from position.
Failure to impose / pay USA National America Continental Stamp Act of 2023 Tax to U.S Treasury will result in removal and public drone hanging.
Failure to be in accordance with the USA National America Continental Stamp Act of 2023 by following all required will result in removal of position.
Failure to Include USA National America Continental Stamp Act of 2023 Stamp on all Documents listed in the USA National America Continental Stamp Act of 2023 will make them Invalid / Void.
Failure to Include USA National America Continental Stamp Act of 2023 Stamp on all Emails, and all papers will result to them being in void / Invalid.
Failure to Obtain the Stamp of the USA National America Continental Stamp Act of 2023 will make any position Invalid.
The USA National America Continental Stamp Act must be enforced to stay in Compliance and to stay Valid.
