Tree Branch Road Protection Bill :  Legislative Bill Prohibits Tree Branches from covering both sides of the road, or any highway.


The Tree Bill addresses concerns of tree branches hanging over roadways on either sides of the road. 

Trees branches pose dangers to drivers in any sort of setting. Tree branches are able to snap at any condition environment anytime causings car accidents. All Branches must be trimmed too allow road view of the sky. If more than one tree blocks the sky the branches must be cut to allow sky view.


This Bill was reviewed and Approved by Administration Representatives on November 23, 2021 . Reviewed by congress.
