Preventing & Stopping Covid Spread of All Variants : Informing & Protecting Communities by Sharing Information on Treating All Stray Animals in Contact with Rats
12.23.2021
Propose: Treating Stray Animals that are in contact with rats that might be infested with fleas.
Why: Rats Spread Plague Infested fleas throughout cities and they can spread to anyone walking on sidewalks, grass, or any public area. Pets can spread these fleas to humans if a Pet is in contact with the outdoors and Rats. Fleas can jump 6 feet high, they can get in your nose, mouth, lungs, and attack the body in many ways. If fleas get lodged in your lungs they irritate the lining and cause serious infection. Fleas can also travel to the heart and cause heart failure.
Source: Shipping Containers coming from Asia have had a history of having Rat Issues. These rats have fleas and they can spread really fast once they hit soil leaving the host(rat). These Fleas can spread to cats when in contact with rats. It is important to Keep stray (all) cats Protected against fleas; cats help reduce the rat population. Treating cats for fleas on a community level protects everyone from being bitten by these blood thirty and virus transmitting fleas.
Solution: Treating Pet food with Flea Control Meds to Eliminate this problem. Treatment can last for up to 30 days. For every 1 Block, Community members should leave a large bowl of cat food mixed with 3 Grams of Flea treatment powder every month. This will get rid of any stray animals flea infestation. By doing this once a month this will protect the communities participating from any Virus transmission spread.
What Works: Since this research began in 2020 we have focused on finding out the source cause. We tested several treatment options to see which one worked the best. Most worked great but the treatment was limited to 1 Animal. We had to find a easier and cheap solution to reach more than one animal at a time. Our results found that leaving treated cat food outdoors protected communities better since anything eating the treated food protected them from fleas. This eliminated fleas in all outdoor animals and protected them for 1 Month. This stopped flea spread, and also stopped jumping lice which cannot be seen with the eye.
Large Communities: Big Cities that have major Rat Problems like New York City need to invest in Treating stray cats to keep them healthy and flea free so that they can reduce the rat population without them spreading fleas after being in contact with a flea infested rat.
