Karen's Right to Leave Act -  Patients Right to Leave Hospitals Inpatient Treatment Refusal of Proxy Caretaker to Administer Unwanted Drugs Baker Act Bill

 

The Purpose of this piece of legislation is to protect those who receive hospital services for baker act and inpatient care and allow patients the right to leave if they choose too.
